Clarke Products is also not responsible for damages occurring during the installation process or thereafter.
It is the responsibility of the installer to understand and comply with all building codes. Clarke Products is not responsible for products installed that do not comply with all local, state, and federal building code requirements.
Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage is discovered, it must immediately be reported to the carrier and the seller.
