| Tub does not drain fully, or a certain area is holding water. |
| 1. |
New acrylic tubs have high surface tension and water tends to form into large drops (the size of quarters) on the surface. This condition is normal and will diminish over time and use as the surface becomes abraded and the surface tension lessens. |
| 2. |
If the drop size is larger than a quarter, and the tub is not draining properly, check the tub to ascertain that it is installed properly and is level. |

|
| How do I turn on the whirlpool? |
| 1. |
On the upper deck of the whirlpool tub is a round air switch with a circular plunger. Depress the plunger to start and again to stop the pump. |
| |
|
| Water leaks from the pump. |
| 1. |
The disconnect fittings may be cracked. If so, they must be replaced. |
| 2. |
The "O" ring (s) may be pinched or improperly seated. Unscrew the fittings and reseat the "O" ring into its seat. Tighten by hand and start the motor to check for leak |
| |
|
| Whirlpool is operating but does not seem very strong. |
| 1. |
Most likely the air control (s) is not full open. Turn it/them counterclockwise until the hydrotherapy action increases. |
| 2. |
The adjustable jets are closed off. Turn the "star" core counterclockwise until the water flow improves. See #3 above. |
| |
|
| Water sprays out of the tub. |
| 1. |
The water level is too low. Make sure the water level is at least 2" above the jets. |
